Test Drive Cinema Ticket Promotion – Terms and Conditions

    Promoter
  1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the “Promoter” refers to Stellantis UK Limited, trading as Fiat, whose registered office is at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND, company number 00201514.
  2. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, Spark Marketing Services Limited acting as Agents will fulfil the Complimentary Cinema tickets on behalf of the Promote

    Promotion Overview
  3. Eligible customers who complete a test drive in any new Fiat Grande Panda vehicle at a participating Fiat Retailer will receive two (2) complimentary Cinema tickets (the “Promotion”). Tickets will be provided in the form of a voucher code, redeemable online via the redemption URL: www.fiatcinematickets.co.uk  and valid at Odeon Cinemas nationwide.
  4. There are a maximum of 10,000 claim codes available for the duration of the promotion.  The promotion will end either once the 10,000 claim codes have been distributed or at on 31st August 2026, whichever is sooner.

    Eligibility
  5. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over (the “Entrants”).
  6. Employees of Stellantis N.V. group companies, their immediate family members, affiliated agencies, and authorised Fiat Retailers are not eligible to participate.
  7. The Promotion is open exclusively to the Entrant who arranges their test drive at participating Fiat Retailers.
  8.  To qualify, the Entrant must complete a test drive in a new Fiat Grande Panda vehicle with a participating Fiat Retailer during the promotional period.
  9. The participating retailer will record eligible customer details for auditing and verification purposes.
  10. The voucher codes will be supplied to participating Retailers by the Promoter for distribution to qualifying customers.
  11. One claim per household.
  12. No purchase necessary.
  13. Offer available subject to availability, up to a maximum of 10,000 tickets in total.
  14. If the participant does not receive the ticket code subsequent to a valid test drive they should contact the Promotors Agents, Spark Marketing Services Limited, via the claim website.

    Fulfillment of the prize:
  15. Upon validation the participant shall be sent an email (to the email address entered while making the claim) which will contain an ODEON cinema ticket in the form of a alpha-numeric code (“eVoucher”) which can be used to pay for a ticket when booking at odeon.co.uk or in person at the ticketing machines at the ODEON box office.
  16. The participant is responsible for visiting the site, claiming and redeeming the eVoucher and is also responsible for checking their email folders for the eVoucher once claimed and contacting the promotors agents through the website in the event that the email is not received.
  17. The eVoucher may be exchanged for one ticket with a Classic, Classic Saver, Recliner or Recliner Saver seat to view a standard 2D film showing at any ODEON cinema in the UK and Republic of Ireland EXCEPT the following cinemas: Islington Luxe and Dine and ODEON Luxe Leicester Square. Upgrades are payable for other film formats and seat types.
  18. Online Redemption: You can use your ODEON voucher code to book your ODEON ticket online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on the myODEON app. If you book online or on the myODEON app, there will be an online booking fee of £1 per ticket in the UK and €1 per ticket in the ROI.
  19. In Cinema Redemption: You can redeem your ODEON voucher code at the ticket kiosk but not at the box office or retail counter. 
  20. Voucher code is valid on screenings up to and including 31st December 2026.
  21. Voucher code is for your personal use only.
  22. Tickets are subject to availability, normal age restrictions, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including ODEON’s general admission terms.
  23. Once the eVoucher has been used to place a booking at ODEON it cannot be replaced or refunded.  Neither the promoter or their agents are financially responsible for any loss or damage to the eVoucher or booking.
  24. In the event of any dispute the decision of the organiser will be final.

    Exclusions
  25. Not valid on Recliner+ or any other premium seating types unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. Standard Recliner seats at a Luxe cinema will incur no seating upgrade fee. At ODEON Bournemouth and ODEON Hatfield if there is mixed standard and recliner/super luxury seating in a screen an upgrade fee will be payable for the recliners/super luxury seats. At ODEON Taunton there will be an upgrade fee if you sit in a Luxe recliner screen.
  26. Not valid for premium screening types such as 3D, IMAX, ISENSE or Dolby unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema.
  27. Not valid on ODEON Luxe and Dine or ODEON Event Cinema. Not valid on premieres, special events or screenings or events not open to the public.
  28. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  29. No cash alternative is available.
  30. Voucher code cannot be used to buy gift vouchers, gift cards, food, drink or any other ODEON goods or services.

    Liability
  31. If, for any reason, the Promotion becomes unavailable (other than having reached the maximum 10,000 tickets), the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
  32. The Promoter will not be liable for any travel costs or expenses incurred by participants travelling to or from a Fiat Retailer to take part in this Promotion, or to and from the chosen Cinema.
  33. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for voucher codes lost, delayed, or damaged in transmission or for any issues encountered when redeeming them via the website.
  34. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  35. Subject to the above and as permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, expense or damage arising from participation in the Promotion.
  36. The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for any act, default or omission of third parties, including Odeon Cinemas, or for circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

    Data Protection
  37. The Promoter will process Entrant data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy, https://wearespark.com/privacy-policy/.
    In order to administer the Prize, the Promoter will require certain essential information, including the Entrant’s name, contact details, and Retailer information.

    Force Majeure
  38. In the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, without prior notice.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  39. These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.


ODEON Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. Voucher code may be exchanged for one ticket with a Classic or Classic Saver seat to view a standard 2D film showing at ODEON cinemas in the UK and Republic of Ireland as set out in these terms. The voucher code cannot be used at: any ODEON Luxe site or Islington Luxe and Dine. Upgrades are payable for other film formats and seat types.
  2. Online Redemption: You can use your ODEON voucher code to book your ODEON ticket online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on the myODEON app. If you book online or on the myODEON app, you will incur an online booking fee of £1 per ticket in the UK and €1 per ticket in the ROI.
  3. In Cinema Redemption: You can redeem your ODEON voucher code at the ticket kiosk but not at the box office or retail counter. This redemption method will not incur an additional booking fee.
  4. Not valid for Premier seats, VIP seats, any other premium priced seating, 3D, IMAX, ISENSE or Dolby unless you pay an upgrade fee. Voucher codes are also not valid on any other premium priced screen formats (such as Dolby, XL or similar) unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. At ODEON Bournemouth and ODEON Hatfield if there is mixed non-recliner and recliner/super luxury seating in a screen, an upgrade fee will be payable for the recliners/super luxury seats. At ODEON Taunton, there will be an upgrade fee if you sit in a Luxe recliner screen.
  5. Not valid on ODEON Luxe, ODEON Luxe and Dine or ODEON Event Cinema. Not valid on premieres, special events or screenings or events not open to the public.
  6. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
