How does it work?

Fiat will have given you a claim code.  On the homepage, enter this code in the box provided in order to claim your cinema giveaway. It's that simple! Follow the rest of the process as instructed and your cinema vouchers will then be sent to you straight away via email.

Once I receive my vouchers, what happens?

The email you receive will contain redemption instructions, telling you exactly how to use the vouchers for your next trip to the cinema. Vouchers can be exchanged for tickets, either at the box office or online via their website (depending on the cinema). You'll also be able to find terms and conditions for the vouchers by clicking here.

Can I use the vouchers for any film?

The voucher codes you receive after your claim are valid on any standard 2D film (which means they aren't valid for things like concert screenings or documentaries).  They are valid (without upgrade fees) for Classic, classic saver, Recliner and Recliner Saver seats - if you want a premium seat you will be charged an upgrade fee.  Likewise, ODEON will charge an upgrade is you choose a screening in one of their premium screens (e.g. iSense or IMAX)

How long are my vouchers valid for?

Your vouchers are valid for screenings up to and including the 31st December 2026

My vouchers aren't working?

We're really sorry, please contact us at fiatcinematickets@wearespark.com with your voucher code(s) and the cinema, film date and time you are trying to book and we will look into it for you.

I've lost my cinema vouchers, help!
